We recently introduced the sale of nappies and accessories as we have realised that there is a great demand for these products to be more readily available. However, we are not a real nappy company, but a voluntary group, and as such:

•  Revenue from our sales goes towards funding our work rather than towards paying dividends to anyone. This is really important to us due to funding limitations in the voluntary sector.

• We are able to provide you with discounted prices on most of the items we sell, because our main aim is to make real nappies more easily accessible to families. So compare us with retailers’ prices to see for yourself!

• We do have to increase prices from time to time but as we do this we seek to continue to offer lower prices than retailers normally do.

• We offer two pricing levels, depending on whether you also buy one of our subsidised real nappy kits or not. So below you will find the two prices, distinguished by the line “bought with kit” or “bought without kit”.

• Due to limited funding we currently sell only those items that you can also find in our trial kits and one type of all-in-one nappy, plus some accessories.

We have not included the Small size because we tend to think that this type of nappy does not work well while babies are still doing very runny poos! But let us know if you would still like to try it on your very young baby.

Material: cotton terry outside; cotton jersey inside. Unbleached. Medium drying time.

Material: bamboo, unbleached. Super-absorbent; very soft; very natural; long drying time.

ACCESSORIES

Reusable wipes: £0.75 each or 5 for £3.50 with or without kit purchased.

Uses: to replace disposable wipes. Just wipe your baby’s bottom with warm, soapy water and mild soap if needed instead.

Material: cotton terry one side/fleece other side. Unbleached.

Wet (fabric drawstring) bag: £4.00 if bought with kit. £4.50 if bought without kit

Uses: especially practical for when out and about to store up to 4 dirty nappies. Excellent alternative to disposable nappy sacks.

Paper liners - roll of 100: £2.50 whether bought with or without kit

Uses: to line the nappy and prevent it from getting soiled

Material: 100% biodegradable, flushable paper.

Mesh laundry nets: £3.75 if bought with kit. £4.25 if bought without kit.

Uses: to line nappy bucket, making it easy to move dirty nappies from bucket into washing machine.

Fleece liners: £0.50 if bought with kit. £0.60 if bought without kit.

Uses: to line nappies and keep baby’s skin practically dry, and to prevent nappies getting soiled. Very effective at doing both things!

Material: polyester.

Nappi Nippas: £1.20 with or without kit purchased.

Uses: to fasten terries, muslins or certain shaped nappies in place of nappy pins.
